Born in Manchester and raised on a diet of 90s hip hop, hardcore, and house, Slundarq has been immersed in rave culture for as long as he can remember. Now based in South London, this DJ and producer is on a mission to explore the full spectrum of the hardcore continuum. His genre-blending sets span UKG, breaks, jungle, and hardcore, all in search of that elusive original rave vibe.

A dedicated vinyl enthusiast, Slundarq keeps the spirit of hip hop alive in rave music through cutting and scratching techniques inspired by his early hardcore heroes. Slundarq’s monthly show, Hardcore Communion, airs on Planet Wax On Air’s Sunday Service, the first Sunday of every month from 4-5pm.
